Happy Friday Falcons!

Today is May 9th and it is an M day.

Blair Webster, a recent NCUHS graduate who currently works for Advantage Utilities will be at the Career Center today with his fiber splicing lab. It will be open to anyone to tour from 11:00 - 12:00. Please come by and check out what he does and talk about the opportunities in the company. Any questions, contact Chris Damato.

Senior Steering Committee meeting today during flex block in Mrs. Hamby's room 277.  Please sign up in Securly Flex.

Our Annual Spring Job Fair will take place on Tuesday, May 13th, from 10:00-12:00. Career Center students and anyone with a study hall who signs up ahead of time may attend from 10:00-10:40. You may also attend during your pod if you sign up ahead of time. All others are welcome to stop by during your lunch block. You are encouraged to come with a resume, interact with our guests, and begin your summer job search. As a bonus, ice cream sandwiches will be provided. If you have questions or would like to sign up to attend a time other than your lunch, please see or send an email to Mrs. Carbine.

Spring Drama Concert Matinee: NCUHS Drama classes would like to invite YOU to see their Spring One Acts - one is a comedy and the other is an original script written by one of our very own English teachers, Mr. Wing! Each performance is about 30 minutes long and will take place in the auditorium next week on Thursday, May 15th @ 9:30am (during Block 2M). All students are welcome to attend and teachers are welcome to bring their whole class! Please sign-up in the main office using the clipboard near Rhonda's desk by the end of this week!

****Please note – Any Chromebooks that are determined to have been vandalized in accordance with the latest Tik-Tok Chromebook Challenge are going to be immediately referred to law enforcement.

In Sports:

In Varsity Baseball: Logan Cross got the win against Lamoille by coming on in relief pitching 4 1/3 no-hit, scoreless innings.  All Falcons had a hit. Tristan Leblanc led the offense going 3-4. K Kaden Jones, Hunter Wells, Zak Fortin, Bryson Poginy, Luis Sanchez each had 2 hits. Logan Cross, Preston Humphrey, Jamison Eckhardt, Ben West each w/1hit. West had 5 RBI’s. The Falcons won 20-3.

In Varsity Softball: Randi Fortin went 4 for 4 including a triple, and 3 RBI’s. Olivia Geoffrey went 4 for 4 as well, with 3 RBI’s. Makenna Bean pitched a game shutout with only 1 walk. The girls had many great hits throughout the game and everyone contributed to this big win! The Lady Falcons won 15-0. 

The girls tennis match for today has been cancelled due to the weather.
