Today is Wednesday, April 8, 2026.  It is a B Day. 

Next week is our Spring Spirit Week.  T​​​his week of fun themed days will lead us into our spring break!  See the attached flyer or check out the ones posted on the walls around school!

Please note that Journey to Recovery will not be available Thursday.

Dance & Drama Company students are thrilled to host our 4th Annual Spring Cabaret here at North Country on Friday, May 1st @ 6pm - join us for an evening full of live entertainment, yummy snacks, & delicious mocktails! All proceeds support the Performing Arts Enrichment Trip to Scotland this summer. Table seats are $20, house seats are $15 and your ticket includes entry to the show, one complimentary mocktail as well as five rounds of appetizers. Reserve your table seats NOW! They are limited and will go fast! Email Taryn.Colby@ncsuvt.org to reserve your tickets ahead of time.

Mark Needleman will be here next Tuesday the 14th for anyone that would like to order a tux for Prom.  He will be located in the Senior Lounge from 9:30 to 1:30.

Amber Robbins will be here to host HIVE at the high school. This will be a relaxed, welcoming group that will meet every other Friday during Flex Block starting April 10th. This is a space to unwind, have fun, and connect with others in a low‑pressure setting. We’ll spend our time socializing, being creative with crafts, and just enjoying each other’s company. Whether you’re super crafty or just looking for a place to hang out and try something new, HIVE is for you. Come as you are, bring your ideas, and be part of the buzz! Sign up in SecurlyFlex.

The Falcons Nest Is now taking cards! Baked chips are now on sale for ¢50, come on in to the falcon's next to make your next purchase.

Today’s lunch is: Homemade Shepherd’s Pie

Tomorrow’s breakfast is: Homemade cinnamon peach muffins and sausage and cheese sandwich. 

Reminder to students that the first meal for breakfast, lunch, and the afterschool meal is free. The afterschool meal is open to students in extracurricular activities and is served at 3:30 pm.

The personal care closet and community fridge will have premade food bags for students who wish to take one home over the April break. If you would like a bag, please see or email Mrs. Carbine or Mrs. Santaw to get your name on the list, no later than Friday of this week. While we may end up with a limited amount of extra bags, we plan to provide bags to those who have pre-requested them first.  They can be picked up on Thursday or Friday of next week during AIE.

Dr Strepka is starting Estrellas and Bassics back up next week. Sign up in flex securly. Estrellas will be on Tuesday the 14th and Bassics will be on Thursday the 16th. ​​​​​​
