Today is Tuesday, October 6, 2026. It is an M Day.
Students may not gather at 4-corners during the lunch blocks as it creates an unsafe pathway and the noise levels are disruptive to classes nearby.
The Global Citizenship Department is happy to announce that applications are now open for Vermont's first chapter of Rho Kappa, the National Social Studies Honors Society! Interested juniors and seniors should see any social studies teacher to receive an application and more information about the program and requirements. Applications will be due by November 2nd.
Juniors interested in becoming a Junior Class Officer, please read the qualifications and requirements on Mrs. Wade's door (room 216) and sign up for the office position that you would like to run for. The Junior Officers are responsible for organizing and holding our NC Prom.
Sign ups will go until Oct 16th. We will hold a two week campaign period and voting will happen on Tuesday, November 3rd.
Nominate your favorite seniors for the Yearbook’s SENIOR FAVORITES. Please check your school email for the nomination form. Since everyone in our school can make nominations, this would be a great Monday POD activity. Once we receive a name, we will put it on the final ballot (so don't worry about submitting the same name many times!) ONLY SENIORS will be able to vote for the final winners. Voting will be on Monday, October 19th.
PSATs will be held on Wednesday, October 21st. The test is free and open to all 11th graders. Please see Yvonne Dague in the Main Office to sign up before October 14th.
