Good Morning Falcons!

Today is Monday, October 27th and it is a B day.

Reminder that this is a short week for students. Thursday is a half day for students with an early release at noon and Friday is a Conference Day, with no classes for students.

Trick or Treating at school this Thursday, 10/30, at 11:15.Teachers and staff will be spread around the school with buckets of candy. Students and staff are encouraged to dress up in costume to celebrate Halloween. However, if you are not able to get or make a costume, no worries! Everyone will get candy! Please make sure costumes follow the school dress code, do not include any full masks, do not have any weapons (fake or real), and no drug or alcohol themes.

Attention Seniors:  Yearbook senior photos are due November 14th. Yearbook baby photos are due November 21st for a guaranteed spot. Baby photos sent after November 21st are only if space is available. To get your order form, please go to the North Country Union High School Website and find "yearbook" under the "student" menu. If emailing photos, please send at the largest size possible to Brian.Mccrae@ncsuvt.org and Genevieve.Hamby@ncsuvt.org.

Attention Freshmen: Any 9th Grade students who would like to serve on the Principal’s Advisory Committee,  and have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our school, should fill out and submit the linked Google form. PAC Application.

In Playoff News: 

Field Hockey lost their Quarter Final game against U-32 in OT, 1-0.  Congratulations on a great season!  

The Football Team lost on the road to Brattleboro but had a great showing putting 22 points on the board!

Over a damp and slow XC course, Dylan Carr led the girls in 26th place and Tristan Martin was 29th. Alina Horne, Eliana Brasseur and Clara Barker followed. The Girls Team got 8th place. Atreyu Chaney led the boys with Keith Brown, Gregory Rondeau and Benjamin Morse (with a season ending PR).

Dylan and Tristan have qualified and will travel to Hard'Ack Recreation Area next Saturday for The Meet of Champions.

Lastly, registration for Winter sports opens today.  Follow directions posted on ParentSquare or on the athletics website to register.
