Friday and Monday are days off for students. Enjoy the long weekend!

Picture retake day will be Friday, October 23rd during 3rd Block.  Students and staff needing to get their pictures taken should report to Room 380 during their lunch. If students are getting a retake they must bring their first photos back with them to give to the photographer. Order forms are available to pick up in the HS Main Office.

On October 16th, the Advanced Ceramics Class is having a bake sale to raise funds for their trip to New Mexico. Volunteer bakers are encouraged. Please see the flyer below and contact Aliya Kahlstrom for more information. There is also a sign up sheet in the nurses office, front office, and room 411.

Visual Art Field Trip – Open to ALL Students! 

Help paint a massive dragon serpent sculpture for the entrance of Memphremagog Trails! Leave your mark on a local landmark and create art for the community!

• When: Tuesday, October 20 (11:30 AM – 2:30 PM, missing Blocks 3 & 4)
• Details: Bus departs NC and returns in time for the end of Flex block.
• How to Join: Grab a permission slip from Ms. Caspari today! Spots are first come, first served!

Attention seniors: Do you want to be a class officer? Do you want to help run the senior steering committee and help plan graduation events and the senior trip? Stop by Mrs Hamby room 277 and sign up today!  Sign ups will run until Friday, October 15th.  Hope to see your name on the list! 

The Global Citizenship Department is happy to announce that applications are now open for Vermont's first chapter of Rho Kappa, the National Social Studies Honors Society! Interested juniors and seniors should see any social studies teacher to receive an application and more information about the program and requirements. Applications will be due by November 2nd. 

Juniors interested in becoming a Junior Class Officer, please read the qualifications and requirements on Mrs. Wade's door (room 216) and sign up for the office position that you would like to run for. The Junior Officers are responsible for organizing and holding our NC Prom.

Sign ups will go until Oct 16th. We will hold a two week campaign period and voting will happen on Tuesday, November 3rd.

Today in sports: On Tuesday, the Girls Golf team participated in the D1 State Championship.  Kennedy Dunn placed 12th overall with a score of 121. Yesterday, Varsity Boys Soccer won 4-2 against Harwood. JV Boys Soccer lost against Harwood 6-4. Today Varsity and JV Field Hockey play U-32 at home. Boys Golf will be competing in the D1 State Championship.
