Daily Announcements 4/16

Today is Thursday, April 16, 2026. It is a B Day.

Thank you all for your flexibility this morning! The reason for the delay was that a pipe burst in the univent in one of our science storage areas. This caused thousands of gallons of hot water to release into the science wing, which affected 4 classrooms. The fire alarm went off due to the steam from the water, and the fire department responded. By the time it was time for school to start, our amazing maintenance and custodial staff had cleaned-up most of the mess. The classrooms will need to remain closed for the time being, primarily to give the repair folks space to enter and exit the building without interspersing with students. Thank you all again, and if you see our custodial staff in the halls, take a moment to thank them!

Stop in the Falcons Nest to get a buy 2 get 1 free deal on Hershey's ice cream. As the weather warms up, staying cool is important, and what better way to do that then with ice cream!

Check out the Lost and Found (photos below) for your missing items. Everything still there on Friday afternoon will be recycled or donated.
