NC ROCKS! Tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. prepare to have your face melted off by TWO rock bands! These two classes of rock musicians will be performing some music by the Cranberries, Rush, Geese, Led Zeppelin, John Mellencamp and more! Come support these students in their last performance of the year. You'll be glad you did!
Congratulations to the following FFA students for their outstanding performances at the FFA Convention:
- Cooper Ruetz and Brody McDonald placed 7th and 8th, respectively, in spring forestry.
- Evan Bathalon and Cooper Ruetz placed 2nd and 3rd, respectively, in maple.
- Heavy equipment placed 4th in Ag Mechanics.
- NCUHS FFA’s maple syrup placed best in class!
The NCUHS Mobile Mug is collecting pet food donations through this Friday for our Pet Drive during Bake and Take. We especially need cat food, but will gladly accept both cat and dog food. Donations can be dropped off in any collection box around the school or in Seneca Smith's office, Room 204 next to the library. Thank you for helping local animals in need!

Today in sports:
Over the weekend members of our Track and Field team competed at the Essex Invitational and several athletes qualified for the New England Championships based on their results. Cullin Ward, Morgan Shaffer, and the girls 4x100 relay (Rosy Carvalho, Farrah Pepin, Marlo Maxwell, Myrah Kearse) all qualified for New Englands on June 13.
In exciting alumni news, North Country's own Kurt Hunt is representing the USA on the World Cup stage as he competes in Thailand as part of the USA Men's Over 40 National Soccer Team. Matches can be watched on youtube by searching the Senior World Cup.
