Daily Announcements 3/16

Today is Monday, March 16, 2026. It is a B Day.

As a reminder for students staying after school: the supper program serves food to any student who stays after school for extracurricular activities. It is served from 3-3:30 pm in the cafeteria.

Next Wednesday, March 18, is the Winter Concert. Dress rehearsals will be on that day. Please let me know if you have concerns about any of these students. The schedule is as follows:

  • Block 2 BAND (regular class time anyhow)
  • Block 3 CHORUS
  • Block 4 Select Choir, Jazz Band, and Advanced Rock Band
  • AIE Advanced Rock Band

As many of you are aware, our hallways appear to be getting more and more congested with groups of students congregating in various spaces. To help with this, starting on Monday, March 16th, the cafeteria will be open again for breakfast. The food cart normally stationed by the front office will no longer be there. The food cart at 4 Corners will continue to serve food at that location. Students may eat in the cafeteria prior to 1st period or get food at 4 Corners. Please help us keep our hallways clear and accessible for everyone!

Good luck to Eliana Brasseur who will be competing in Round 2 on Tuesday against Lyndonville Rotary Club’s 1st round winner.

On Wednesday- Dancers, Actors & ACA students signed up to see STOMP at The Flynn tomorrow should meet Taryn in the auditorium @ 8:15 am to load the bus. Please remember to pack a lunch if you did not request a school lunch.

On Thursday & Friday- Drama Company is headed to participate in the VT Regional One Act Festival @ People’s Academy this Saturday! Come see their production of “Persephone” @ 6pm, tickets are $5 at the door. Students, staff, family & community members are also invited to see their performance in the NCUHS auditorium on Thursday, March 26th @ 6pm, admission is by donation.

Have a great day, be kind to one another, and engage in your work.
